2011 CHARLES & CHARLES | ROSÉ
90 Points – Wine Spectator | Columbia Valley (100% Syrah)
Tasting Notes | The aromas of watermelon, grass, wet stones and citrus still dominate and they carry through the palate, but in a more dynamic way finishing with bright acidity.
Food Pairings | Grilled salmon with roasted Rainier cherries.
Vineyards | Don Talcott, Art Den Hoed, Nate Den Hoed, Clifton Bluff, Suholdonik, Clifton.

2014 STERLING VINTNER’S | ROSÉ
88% Pinot Noir , 10% Malvasia Bianca , 1.5% Zinfandel , 0.5% Petite Sirah
Tasting Notes | A lively Rosé with bright fruit flavors and hints of citrus.
Food Pairings | Pair this lively, inviting wine with grilled shrimp or fresh chicken salad.
Vineyards | We used several juicing methods, including saignée, which gave layers of flavors and texture to the wine.

2013 SABLES D’AZUR | ROSÉ
88 points Wine Spectator | Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah
Tasting Notes | Clean yet full fragrances of citrus zest and palate of strawberry, tangerine, peace and almond.
Food Pairings | Pairs well with figs, prosciutto, goat cheeses, grilled fish or dishes with Provençal vegetables, or ratatouille.
Vineyards | Provence’s climate, soils and grape varieties are all perfectly suited for rosé winemaking.
